Cat Eyes - Application
For a thinner line; tilt the pen sideways, press and wiggle softly into the lashline. For a thicker line simply press the flat part of the crayon across the lashline. Always start at the middle of the eye working out, tilt pen out and up when you get to the end of the eye.
