1. Curl lashes as close to the root as possible
2. Wiggle wand from lash root to the middle
3. Repeat twice, letting each layer dry in between
4. Third layer - wiggle brush all the way to the tip of the lashes
5. To reach small and stray lashes, use fine toothed part of the comb
